About Agnes

About Agnes:  Agnes is a warm and caring person who knows it isn’t enough to understand – “you also need to take it the whole way to action”.  She is married and a mother to three children.   Her background in civil engineering as well as from hotel management fits well with her gift to systematize and design processes for more impact.  “Everyone has something to contribute with” is obvious for Agnes  which she naturally brings further in being an including person. Her background from civil engineering is both from private and public sector with planning, project and construction management. She has been working with leadership development, foundations, administration and management as well has earlier experience from school and preschool and with elder people. The recent years she has worked in the management of a small innovative hotel in Lapland in northern part of Sweden.  Agnes is experienced from being a board member in businesses as well as in voluntary organisations.  Last year she was president of the voluntarily “Lions Club Vuollerim”. Agnes grew up in the south western part of Norway in the middle between the oil industry and a rich nature and agricultural area.
